Be the
answer

Ask ChatGPT, Claude or Google AI to recommend a firm like yours and it names a competitor. Citable makes businesses visible.

Be the answer

This is how people choose now.

A search engine returns a page of links and leaves the choosing to you. An assistant returns three names, and the reasoning behind each one.

What we check

What we find, almost every time.

01
No machine-addressed summary

Without an llms.txt, everything an engine knows is inferred from prose written to persuade a human. A good one also names what you should not be recommended for.

02
Facts that exist only as styling

Services, hours, service area and credentials rendered as text to read, rather than declared as Schema.org JSON-LD a machine can take at face value.

03
No content negotiation

An agent sending Accept: text/markdown gets the same HTML as a browser, and has to strip navigation, scripts and styling before reaching a word of substance.

04
AI crawlers disallowed by default

GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot blocked in robots.txt — almost always a platform default nobody chose. Excluded before anything else matters.

05
Error responses an agent can’t interpret

A styled 404, or a soft 404: HTTP 200 with “page not found” in the body. A crawler cannot tell that from real content.

06
Identity that cannot be resolved

No ABN or licence a machine can read, and no sameAs links to corroborating profiles. An assistant that cannot confirm you exist has reason to name someone it can.

Services

One piece, or the whole build.

AI visibility audit

A score out of 100 measuring whether an assistant can read, verify and cite your practice — with every deduction itemised and the fix named. No charge.

AI integration & innovation

Putting AI to work inside the practice rather than around it: an assistant on your site that answers from your own content, drafting and triage for the repetitive correspondence, and a usage policy so staff know where the line is.

GEO & SEO

Structured data, llms.txt and machine-readable content so assistants can quote you, alongside the conventional work — local search, Google Business Profile, reviews and the queries that actually bring enquiries.

Website design & build

A fast site designed around how your practice actually wins work, built to be read by people and machines alike. Mobile-first, no page builder, nothing loading from someone else's server.

Conversion analysis

Which enquiries came from where, which pages lose people, and what the site is genuinely producing. Tracked properly on calls, forms and bookings — not a visitor count nobody can act on.

Domain, email & deliverability

Migrating a domain without losing a single message, and fixing SPF, DKIM and DMARC when your mail keeps landing in clients' spam. The part most web people quietly refuse to touch.

Strategic Pathway Finance

Mortgage broker, Sale VIC. A Shopify storefront nobody was finding, rebuilt as something that brings in work.

Find out what you score.

Send your website address and you'll get a short report back: your AI readiness score out of 100, what is costing you the most, and what I'd change. No charge and no pitch.

If your site is already in good shape, I'll tell you that too.

  • The domain stays registered in your name. If you ever stop, you keep it.
  • Business email is verified at the new provider before anything changes.
  • No lock-in contract, and the website files are yours free on request.
  • Replies usually come back within a business day.

Thanks — that's come through.

I'll run the audit and come back to you, usually within a day.
